CDFW is intending to execute a Lake and Streambed Alteration agreement pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code (#1600-2015-0040-R5) to the project applicant, SPIC Del Sur LLC, as represented by Bill Dumka. The project proposes to alter the stream to construct a detention basin and culverted road crossing at Public 'J' Street consisting of a 199.88-foot-long 36" diameter culvert with headwall and riprap energy dissipater and a soft bottomed arch culvert crossing at Public 'G' Street that spans the ephemeral drainage and avoids impacts to waters of the state. The project will result in permanent impacts to 0.02 acre ephemeral drainage.
