Document Description
Alter the streambed and bank by the construction of the Crown Valley Parkway Phase II Bridge Widening Project across Arroyo Trabuco. The Crown Valley Bridge Phase I Project was constructed under Streambed Alteration Agreement No. R5-496-98. The proposed ultimate roadway configuration of Phase II consists of widening the total roadway to a width of 141.73 feet. Widening will be to the north side of Crown Valley Parkway. It is expect that directly below the Phase I and Phase II bridges along with approximately 49.86 feet to the north will be temporarily disturbed during construction. Permanent disturbance in the channel will consist of the drilling and construction of three new concrete bridge piers, which each have a diameter of 12 feet. The project shall not impact more than .128 acres of stream channel and associated riparian vegetation, of which approximately 0.008 acre are permanent impacts and approximately 2.12 acres are temporary impacts.
