Document Description
Construct the Crown Valley Parkway bridge across the Arroyo Trabuco Creek. Approximately 1.85 acres of streambed will be temporarily impacted due to bridge construction and the access road, of which 0.7 acres is riparian habitat (occupied least Bell's vireo habitat). An additional 0.27 acre of streambed with southern willow scrub habitat, within an unnamed drainage, tributary to Arroyo Trabuco (also referred to as the side drain) will be permanently impacted due to construction of the west abutment of the bridge.
