THE CALIFORNIA DEPT OF INDUSTRIAL RELATIONS IS PROPOSING TO LEASE APPROX 28,759 SF OF EXISTING OFFICE SPACE TO HOUSE ITS DIVISION OF WORKERS'COMPENSATION AND DIVISION OFLABOR STANDARDS ENFORCMENT. THE OFFICE WILL HAVE A STAFF OF APPROX. 68 PEOPLE AND APPROX 200 VISITORS A DAY. THERE IS AN UNDERGROUND PARKING WITH AMPLE SPACES AVAILABE ON A FIRST COME FIRST SERVE BASIS. THERE ARE ALSO BUS STOPS IN FRONT OF THE BUILDING.
