THE PURPOSE OF THIS PROJECT IS TO UPGRADE THE PHONE SRVICE IN TORREY PINES STATE RESERVE VISITOR'S CENTER WHICH HAS BEEN NOMINATED FOR THE NATIONAL REGISTER OF HISTORIC PLACES. A PHONE INSTALLATION SPECIALIST, EXPERIENCED WITH INSTALLATIONS IN HISTORIC PROPERTIES, DESIGNED THE SYSTEM TO AVOID AND REDUCE IMPACTS TO HISTORIC FABRICS.
