LEVEE FAILURE OCCURRED ON THE WEST LEVEE OF THE SUTTER BYPASS NEAR MCCLATCHY ROAD REQUIRING AN EMERGENCY RELIEF CUT ON THE SUTTER BYPASS WEST NEAR THE TISDALE BYPASS NORTH LEVEE TO MINIMIZE THE EXTENT OF FLOODING AND TO DRAIN THE FLOODED AREA. THE RELIEF CUT WILL BE CLOSED WITH SOIL AND ROCK.
