HIGH FLOW CONDITIONS RESULTED IN LEVEE FAILURE AT NUMEROUS LOCATIONS THROUGHOUT THE LEVEED SYSTEM. SLOUGHING OCCURRED ON THE WATERSIDE LEVEE AT THE ABOVE LOCATION FOR A LENGTH OF APPROX 500 FEET.AN EMERGENCY FLOOD FIGHT WAS INITITATED TO STABILIZE THE SITE.
