- CDFW has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement No. 1600-2015-0193-R2, pursuant to section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project Applicant, Frank M. Smith. The project is limited to the following activities: removal of accumulated organic debris and sediment from Wolf Creek; redistribution of gravel accumulated in a bar in Wolf Creek; clearing of vegetation from the face of an existing pond dam face, and excavation of accumulated sediments from the bed of an existing farm pond.
