Document Description
This development is proposed on eleven parcels totaling 691 acres. The two components of the project include:
1) A rezone appliaction proposing to adopt a Comprehensive Master Plan, which implements the Planned Development General Plan designation and the Interim Development Reserve zoning districtm currently existing on the site. Specifically, the plan will establish the locations of the "Residential Agriculture" districts (394 acres with a maximum of 230 dwelling units), the "Open Space" districts (287 acres), and the "Recreation" district (10 acres) proposed for this 691-acre site.
