Document Description
The proposed project would extract up to 360,000 cubic yards of fill material from the Camray site, and haul the fill material along existing dirt and levee roads to construction sites of the North Beach Lake Levee. Potential impacts from the proposed project to Elderberry plants, the Valley Elderberry Beetle and nesting raptors are analyzed as well as the removal of trees along the North Beach Lake Levee, west of Interstate 5 in the final Supplemental Environmental Report/Environmental Assessment.
