Document Description
Construct an 18-hole golf course in an unincorporated area of east Alameda County. Construct of 5 golf cart crossings; 4 of which will be constructed over an unnamed tributary to Mountain House Creek. One crossing will be constructed over the lake/pond and supported by wooden piers. A 100-foot buffer to the pond, creek and adjacent wetlands will be established. Temporary disturbance within the 100-foot buffer during grading is required to create the topography required for the golf course and install the 3 irrigation lines across the creek upstream of the pond.
