Document Description
The proposed project consists of two phases: The first phase includes establishing a protective barrier around the State Capitol Building; the second phase includes constructing two permanent structures (visitor pavilions) at the north and south entrances to the Capitol Building to provide secure and protected locations for people waiting to go through security prior to accessing the Capitol building.
