Document Description
The Second Addendum evaluates the environmental effects of the City of Angles Wastewater Treatment Plant (WWTP) Phase III Improvements. The Phase III Improvements include the installation of ultraviolet facilities, pipeline, and an outfall to Angels Creek. The improvements were evaluated in the first Addendum to the Initial Study (IS) & NEPA Environmental Assessment (EA) for Phase II. These facilities were not constructed during Phase II and will now occur in Phase III. Site conditions have not changed since the Phase II evaluation.
