Document Description
The Project is to revise the Boron Sanitary Landfill (Boron SLF) Solid Waste Facility Permit (SWFP) and Waste Discharge Requirements (WDRs) to increase the size of the permitted facility to include adjacent property acquired as buffer for the landfill. The Boron SLF is permitted to operate by the: 1) SWFP (Permit No. 15-AA-0045), issued by the County of Kern Public Health Services Department, Environmental Health Division, acting as the Local Enforcement Agency for the CA Dept. of Resources Recycling and Recovery (CalRecycle); and 2) WDRs (Board Order No. R6V-2002-052), issued by the Regional Water Quality Control Board - Lahontan Region (Water Board).
