Document Description
The proposed project, Academic Building II, will construct a 58,000 GSF building that will provide lecture space, lower and upper division lab space, faculty offices, and related support space. The School of Business and the School of Information Technology and Communications Design will be housed in the facility. The design concept is to create a series of linked interior and exterior spaces that provides opportunities for interdisciplinary collaboration and informal social interaction. Classrooms and laboratories are planned to occupy the second and third floors. The project will also include associated site development and infrastructure, as well as include demolish of vacant structures.
