Document Description
Replacement of the Western Terminus portion, 2,000 linear feet of 36-inch diameter pipeline, of the LAVWMA Export Facilities pipeline to the EBDA connection to convey treated wastewater. The new pipeline will be installed using horizontal directional drilling techniques to bore under the recently restored Bunker Marsh so that impacts would be limited to temporary effects at the bore pit locations. Construction would be limited to the period from September 15 to January 15 to avoid the California Clapper Rail breeding season.
