Sonoma County General Plan: land extensive agriculture (City property-County General Plan not applicable).
Future use of the Lafferty Ranch site as a public park per the goals, objectives, policies and actions recommended in the lafferty Ranch Draft Management Plan and adoption of the related General Plan text amendments. The Lafferty Ranch Park is located on Sonoma Mountain Road (approximately 3.5 miles northeast of the existing Petaluma city limits) includes approximately 270 acres and is owned by the City of Petaluma.
