Document Description
The project will deepen and widen the federal channels of Oakland Harbor to a depth of 50 feet below mean lower low water (MLLW). The navigation improvements involve the dredging and reuse or disposal of approximately 13.3 million cubic yards of bottom sediments. Most of the dredged material would be reused for habitat restoration.
