Document Description
The proposed project would amend the existing Master Plan for University Village, and construct Step 2, which consists of: 545, 412 gsf and 584 units. The Step 2 project would demolish 412 existing 1960's housing units and construct new 1, 2 and 3 bedroom student family units in three-story buildings and construct a maintenance facility.
