Complete the redevelopment of University Village as envisioned in the 1998 Master Plan and EIR, with some changes. The project consists of replacing the remaining 1940s and 1960s housing units, and developing a 26-acre parcel of land as a mixed-use project with student and faculty housing, retail development, open space, and community and recreation facilities.
