05/03/1999 NOP: The project is a request to amend the San Luis Bay Area Plan of the Land Use Element by changing the land use category from Rural Lands to Recreation. The purpose of this request is to allow the development of an inn of approximately 135 rooms, a restaurant, a wedding chapel, a general store and a public assembly "barn." Existing development of the property consists of a single family residence, barn, farm sheds, and riding stables.
