Move and expand an existing composting facility to a new location with a permitted maximum tonnage of 1,700 tons per day and permitted traffic volume of 576 vehicle trips per day. The facility will have a design capacity of 1,400,067 cubic yards (maximum amount of material on-site-Maximum allowed in active composting is 686,314 cubic yards and maximum annual throughput is 620,500 tons). The permitted area of the site is 72 acres.
