Document Description
The project is an interim ordinance to amend the Oakland Zoning Maps, adding the S-4 Design Review Combining Zone to some of the City's main commercial streets, for a period of two years. The City's established design review procedures, listed in O.M.C. 17.136, will now apply to new or rehabilitated non-residential (commercial) facilities on streets zoned C-10, C-30, C-35, and C-40 which are designated in the General Plan as Neighborhood Center commercial, Community commercial, and Urban Residential.
