Document Description
DTSC has considered a request by Lawrence Livemore National Laboratory (LLNL), Site 300, for a hazardous waste facility post-closure permit determination pursuant to authorization granted under Chapter 6.5 of the California Health and Safety Code. The activities proposed by LLNL would enhance site closure and post-closure requirements contained in an approved closure plan and Negative Declaration previously approved by DTSC in June 1997.
