Document Description
The project consists of 582.3 acres, including 510 acres that encompass the West Coyote hills property and the development of a total of 760 single-family detached and attached residential dwelling units, a 17.1-acre multiple-use site, 5.2 acres of neighborhood commercial, a 1.3-acre fire station, and 282.9 acres of open space. In addition, the project includes improvements to the 72.3-acre Robert E. Ward Nature Preserve. The project required the approval of a General Plan Amendment, Change a Zone, Specific Plan Amendment, Tentative Tract Map, Abandonment and Development Agreement.
