Document Description
California Department of Fish and Game is executing a Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement pursuant to Section1603 (SAA #5-492-98) of the Fish and Game Code to the project applicant, Robert Henniger, representing Richland Ventures, Incorporated. The applicant proposes to alter the streambed within unnamed drainages, tributaries to Pilgrim Creek and the San Luis Rey River to accommodate the construciton of the Morro Hills Village and Golf Course. The project includes the development of 1.025 residential units, local infrastructure, 18-hole golf course, village center, elementary school, community park with ball fields, off-site sewer line, and off-site dentention basin impacting 7.77 acres of streambed.
