SAA R3-2002-0259 The operator proposes to install a 54 inch sewer pipe below New Tulocay Creek, approximately 1700 feet west of Soscol Avenue and 1850 feet north of Imola Avenue in the City of Napa, Napa County. This crossing is a portion of the Napa Creek/Napa Flood protection project that realigns the Napa Valley Railroad and constructs marsh, flood terraces and flood walls.
