Document Description
An addendum to the Negative Declaration to allow for a change in the wastestream for the maximum permitted tonnage combining the existing tonnage of 800 tons per day of designated and non-hazardous municipal solid wastes and the 600 tons per day of designated waste used exclusively as alternative cover material. However, the maximum tonnage of 600 tons per day of designated waste for use as daily cover will not change. The closure date for the facility will change from 2023 to 2010.
