Document Description
The approved final map subdivision (FMS-04-94) received approval of a tentative final map for the phased subdivision of a 45.9 acre parcel, and a zone reclassification to (1) rezone a portion of the project area (33 lots) from Residential Multi-Family (R-3) to Residential Two-Family (R-2) and (2) add a Planned Unit Development (P) combining zone to the remainder and 12 lots currently zoned R-3 to R-3/P. The initial phase involves the creation of sixty-four (64) parcels ranging from 5,709 square feet to 12,678 square feet in size and a remainder of 31.2 acres. All parcels are proposed to be served by community water and sewer. The approved tentative map remains valid and in effect, except as specified in the conditions of approval for FMS-04-94 or recordation of the tentative map for the modification proposed below occurs.
