Site Development Permit, Vesting Tentative Map, and Rezone AR-1-1 to RM-2-4, IL-2-1, and CN-1-2 to demolish an existing auto salvage yard and related structures to construct 143 residential units within 23 (three-storied) buildings on Lot 1; approximately 40,678 square feet of commercial use within one (two-storied) building on Lot 2; and approximately 37,850 square feet of industrial use within two (one-storied) buildings on Lot 3. The 10.40 acre site is located at 996 Otay Valley Road in the Airport Environs Overlay Zone, Airport Influence Area within the Robinhood Ridge Precise Plan and the Otay Mesa Community planning area.
