Document Description
Sierra Business Park Specific Plan proposes 37 lots to be sold and developed as light industrial uses similar to those permitted in the County's I District-Industrial zone. The site has been excavated to a depth of about 20-25' by previous gravel mining activities. Site preparation would require an additional 150,000cy of excavation; cut materials would be used to reshape a perimeter berm and sold to offsite developments.
