Document Description
The purpose of the Proposed Action is to permanently implement the revised instream flow requirements for Mammoth Creek that are currently in use. The proposed instream flow requirements are based on recent studies of fish habitat in Mammoth Creek. The change in point of measurements is designed to facilitate compliance with the instream flow requirements. Changes in Place of Use are intended to bring the identified areas into compliance with SWRCB requirements for use of Mammoth Creek water.
