Document Description
The project includes Specific Plan Amendment reducing the required minimum lot depth from 85 feet to 75 feet for MD-1 zoned parcels and reducing the required Right-of-Way from a 50-foot minimum to 44-foot, consistent with current City standard. Additionally, approval of a Large Lot Tentative Map for Phase Village Two in Plan Area A to allow for the creation of three large lots where two currently exist.
