Document Description
The project consists of an overall conceptual framework and policy direction for ultimate urbanization of the 6,042 acre Sunrise Douglas Community Plan area (located generally southeast of the intersection of Sunrise Boulevard/Douglas Road) and detailed land use and facility plans for near-term development of a 2,632 acre portion of the community known as the Sun Ridge Specific Plan area. The proposed revision to the project's water supply plan requires revision and recirculation of the original Draft EIR. However, because the only change in the project proposal is the change in the proposed water supply plan, the Revised Draft EIR revises and recirculates only those portions of the original Draft EIR pertaining to water supply.
