- CDFW has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement No. 1600-2018-0064-R2, pursuant to section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project applicant, Woodside Homes of Northern CA, LP. Approx. 101.2 acres will be used for the purpose of constructing single-family dwellings.
