The proposed permit will increase the disposal footprint from 120 to 172 acres, increase the maximum permitted acreage from 389 to 398.5 acres, add a household hazardous waste collection facility and a public tipping facility to the disposal site, and change the hours of operation from 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM to 6:00 AM to 5:00 PM seven days per week, except for specifically cited holidays.
