Document Description
CDFG is executing a Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement pursuant to Section 1603 (SAA #R5-2001-0399) of the Fish and Game Code to the project applicant, Roy Winchell, representing Black Canyon Development Trust. The applicant proposes to alter the streambed within nine unnamed drainages, tributaries to Santa Maria Creek and Santa Ysable Creek tributaries to the San Dieguito River, to accommodate the construction of the Black Canyon Residential Development Project with associated infrastructure. The project includes road improvements to Black Canyon Road, construction of a water tank and access road, and a 20-foot wide riding/hiking trail. The project impacts 0.14 acre of streambed.
