Document Description
The San Joaquin County Multi-Species Habitat Conservation and Open Space covers 900,000+ acres for urban development and non urban activities and addresses ninety-seven species, fifty-five of which are subject or may be subject to Incidental Take pursuant to Section 2081 (b) of the Fish and Game Code. The project will result in impacts to state-listed species which are protected under the California Endangered Species Act, requiring issuance of a California Incidental Take Permit ("Permit") and currently unlisted species of special concern and special animals which may become listed in the future and may be covered by the SJMSCP Take Permits pursuant to the provisions included in the SJMSCP.
