The proposed project would create a Specific Plan for the development of a mix of over-night accommodations and services for the Bodie visitor in a rustic environment that complements the historic character of Bodie State Historic Park and the setting and natural resources in the area. The development would include a 4,800 square foot general store/motel/ office (10 motel units), a 600 square foot old west museum, a 32 space RV park, 8 camping cabins, 14 tent camping sites, two single family residences and accessory structures.
