The Revised Bodie Hills Specific Plan Project calls for the construction of an RV Park, Motel and Campground located on 13 acres of a 155 acre Parcel at the southeast intersection of US 395 and SR 270. The Specific Plan proposes a 4,800 square feet General Store/Motel Complex; a 600 square foot Old Museum; a 32 space Recreational Vehicle Park, 8 cabins; 14 tent camping sites; two single family residences and assorted accessory structures.
