Document Description
Carmel Valley Neighborhood 10 Amendment to VestingTentative Map (VTM 96-0736/96-0737) And Site Development Permit (PTS No. 1634) to develop 80 single-family residences within the Unit 8 South subdivison of Carmel Valley Neighborhood 10 instead of the previously approved 83 multi-family units. The project site is located within the southeastern portion of the Carmel Valley Community Planning area, approximately 15 miles north of downtown San Diego, 2 miles southeast of the City of Del Mar, and 2 miles east of the Pacific Ocean. The project site is bordered by several planned or existing units of Carmel Valley Neighborhood 10, including existing Units 5,6,7,8 and 10 to the north, planned Unit 8A to the East, existing Unit 3 to the south, and existing Unit 10A and an open space canyon to the west.
