Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Game is executing a Lake or Streambed Alteration Agreement number R2-2001-51 pursuant to Section 1601 of the Fish and Game Code to the project applicant, San Joaquin Area Flood Control Agency of Stockton. Activities include construction of four 30-inch drainage culverts through the east levee of Mosher Diversion near the confluence of Bear Creek. The culverts will be a single structure to include separation wall at the positive closure gates, providing two sets of gates. The project will include rock slope protection on the inlet and outlet sites. This will require pouring a concrete apron for the inlet structures.
