Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Game is executing a Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code for the OEHI Pipeline Replacement Project. The Project is limited to the removal and replacement of an existing 16-inch natural gas pipeline, which crosses the Kern River, above-grade on existing support structures (a pipe bridge); and two (2) existing 3-inch and 4-inch natural gas pipelines will be replaced with two (2) 4 ½-inch and one (1) 6 5/8-inch natural gas pipelines. The California Department of Fish and Game ("CDFG") has determined the Project is subject to regulation pursuant to Fish and Game Code Section 1600 et seq.
