Second amendment of existing DFG CESA MOU originally issued to Occidental in December 1997, and as previously amended in September 1999. Amendment 2 as approved extends the expiration date of the CESA MOU, as amended, for 5 yrs, expiring December 31, 2014. Amendment 2 does not change the nature or scope of Occidental operations in the Elk Hills unit as previously authorized pursuant and subject to the CESA MOU, as amended.
