WHEN FULLY DEVELOPED PHASE I OF THE NORTH ROSEVILLE SPECIFIC PLAN WILL ACCOMODATE UP TO 1,750 DWELLING UNITS & 400 SENIOR UNITS; WITH APPRX. 5,245 RESIDENTS.
