Document Description
NOTE: Addendum
This proposed Project involves activities, including discharges of fill material into jurisdictional waters, to relocate a segment of existing bike trail through the Mourier 140 Preserve. Relocating the trail to the proposed location will provide a more direct route eliminating or greatly reducing off-trail use of the open space and minimizing the damage to natural resources. The Project would result in the need for a new creek crossing of the same tributary channel but several hundred feet to the east of its present position.
