THE PROJECT WILL CONVERT ACCESS DRIVEWAYS TO YARD AREA 9JOINING THE AUXILIARY YARD TO THE MAIN YARD)SHIFT LEASE AREA BOUDARIES,REGRADE REPAVE AND RECONFIGURE PARTS OF THE YARDS RECONSTRUCT ACCESS ROAD AND GATE LANES, REMOVE RAILROAD TRACKS, DEMOLISH ONE BUILDING AND MOVE ANOTHER, AND MODIFY SEWER, DRAINS AND UTILITY LINES.
