CONSTRUCTION OF RETAINING WALLS TO REDUCE IMPACTS OF FUTURE CLEANING ACTIVITIES AT THIS SITE. PLACEMENT OF SMALLER SPOIL MATERIAL BEHIND THE RETAINING WALLS AS FILL MATERIALS. LARGER ROCKS WILL BE PLACED AT THE TOE OF THE DAM TO CONTROL UNDER CUTTING OF THE DAM.
