THE ESTIMATED SURFACE AREA OF THE APPLICATN'S RESERVOIR IS 3.5 ACRES. THE APPLICANT PROPOSES TO USE STORED WATER PRIMARLIY FOR THE DRIP IRRIGATION OF A 15 ACRE ORCHARD DURING THE IRRIGATION SEASON OF JUNE THROUGH OCTOBER.
