IMPROVE 1/3 MILE OF HORSE TRAIL BETWEEN HIGHWAY 174 AND LITTLE WOLF CREEK.VEGETATION WILL BE CLEARED ALONG TRAIL ALIGNMENT IN ACCORDANCE WITH DEPARTMENT TRAIL CONSTRUCTION GUIDLINES. EXOTIC SPECIES WILL BE REMOVED. TRAIL SURFACE AND DRAINAGE IMPROVEMENTS WILL BE MADE.
